This potato and aubergine curry recipe is cooked in a robust tomato sauce, flavoured with whole cumin and mustard seeds.   3. Take slices of bread and chop edges and fill potato filling in bread and make it like a ball and shallow fry them in little olive oil until it turns golden brown and set them aside.
  4. Take a non stick pan add olive oil and add mustard seeds, zeera and let it pop. And add finely chopped onions, green chilies and wait until onions turns translucent, then add ginger garlic paste followed by tomatoes and let it sit for a while till tomatoes turns into paste. Add a cup of hot water and Then add turmeric, coriander, fenugreek powder and stir it well until it mix properly.
  5. Add salt and paprika and stir it well and add potato balls into the curry and stir it slowly without breaking balls. Add some heavy cream and garnish it with coriander, mint leaves, sprinkle onions and it is ready to serve it.
