Steps to make Jhatphat dum ka chicken qeema:
  1. Marinate mince with shaan masala, ginger/garlic paste, meat tenderizer for 1 hour only.
  2. In a bowl mix in yogurt, vinegar, ginger/garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, zeera and mix it well.
  3. Put oil, fry onions till golden. Add in mince and give it a stir and put it on low flame till done and oil comes on top.
  4. Add in meat tenderizer to chicken and then rub the masala over it very well.
  5. Dish out and garnish with ginger, coriander leaves and green chillies.
  6. Leave it for at least 2 hours in fridge.
  7. Serve with paratha !!
  8. Put on skewers and bbq over hot coals till properly cooked.
