- In a plastic bag, add the rest of the dry ingrdients and shake until they are all mixed in

- add the microwaved chicken in to the egg making sure all of the chicken pieces are coated with egg
- the take each coated egg and place in the flour making sure it's all coated thoroughly.
- in a frying pan, heat the olive oil. Put pan on medium heat once the oil is a little runny.
- Slowly add in the chicken. Be careful as hot oil pops and burns.
- after 5 minutes, turn each chicken piece to other side
- Once both sides are golden brown, take the entire pan with the chicken in it and place in the oven for an additional 5 minutes. You might want to drain the oil from the pan first if there is too much oil in the pan it might soak into the chicken making the pieces soggy and oily.
