  5. Add spinach cook til wilted.
  6. Reseason with salt & pepper.
  7. Remove from heat & stir in cheese.
  8. Let cool.
  9. Make slit in the middle of chicken breast.
  10. Season with salt & pepper on both sides of chicken breast.
  11. Add 2 tablespoons of spinach stuffing to each chicken breast.
  12. Coat both sides with panko, place on baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil over top of chicken breast.
  13. Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
