Steps to make Samosa:
- Form a soft dough using the ingredients for the dough and leave to rest for about 10 minutes
- Meanwhile,in a pan,add in minced meat,scotch bonnet,garlic and spice with remaining ingredients until that perfect glam is achieved.
- Back to the dough,divide into 6 mini dough and press down into mini circles
- On each circle,rub in oil and sprinkle with flour,and cover with the next,keep the process going untill all six mini doughs are exhausted over each other
- Now,gently roll into a big flat circle. Don't worry,it won't stick.
- Heat up a non stick pan on low heat and turn the flat dough on pan
- Flip to the other side,until heat is well rounded.
- Transfer unto a tray and divide into four sides from center
- Carefully seperate sheets from each side.(6 sheets from each to give 24 in all)
- Now form a glue using flour and water and use to wrap filling into sheets creating triangular shapes
- Fry on medium heat
- Done!
