- Wash the beef steak. Cut into long strips, 1 inch thick. Marinate with pinch of meat tenderizer, and black pepper.
- In a heavy bottom pan, heat olive oil. Spread the beef strips so that they are lying separately in the pan. Fry until colour changes from one side, then turn to other. When its done, keep aside. Keep it warm.
- In the same pan, add butter and fry. Add onions, saute until translucent. Add mushrooms. Cook until they are softened and browned. Add minced garlic.
- Evenly add flour on the onions and mushroom mixture. Fry until browned.
- Add beef broth. I made beef broth by boiling a few beef pieces, 2 cloves garlic, ginger, and one green chilli.
- Add beef broth in the onion and mushroom mixture. Add cream, simmer until it thickens slightly.
- Add dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and season with salt and black pepper. Continue to let it simmer until sauce is creamy.
- Add the beef strips to the sauce with its released juices, mix well.
- In a large pot, boil water with salt. Boil noodles according to packet instructions.
- Assemble the dish. Place noodles onto a plate. Ladle beef Stroganoff onto them. Garnish with sesame seeds, and coriander. Enjoy!
