  2. Melt butter on stove top
  3. Add flour to thicken
  4. Slowly stir in milk
  5. Add cheeses and stir. Reserve just enough cheese to sprinkle over the top of the dish
  6. Stir in sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika
  7. Pour cheese sauce over pasta and shrimp in a baking dish. To add more flavor, I seasoned my shrimp while cooking
  8. Sprinkle with reserved cheese and Ritz Crackers.
