- Prepare 300 gm chicken boneless cubes
- Get 3 tbsp cream
- Prepare 2 tbsp yogurt

- Get 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Make ready 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions to make Malai Boti:
- Make marinade for malai boti. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix well. Add chicken cubes. Let sit for atleast 30 mins. (Can use ginger garlic paste also)
- Heat coal on open flame. Place hot sizzling coal on a piece of aluminum foil and place it in the chicken. Cover and give steam for 2 mins.
- After coal smoke, pierce boneless cubes into a skewer. Heat oil in a pan. Fry until chicken turns golden brown from one side, then change to other side.
- When the chicken is done from both sides, and is tender, remove from pan.
- Serve with freshly sliced onion rings, lemon wedges, mint chutney, raita, paratha or naan. Enjoy!
