  1. You can divide the orange into two equal pieces (vertically) and scoop the flesh, or trim the top of orange before scooping the flesh out. Remove the flesh and use a juicer (or good ol' strainer) to get the juice.
  2. Add water to the juice. (I got about 500 ml of liquid altogether)
  3. Add a pinch of salt, sugar, agar-agar to the liquid. Add food coloring, if using. Use low heat and stir from time to time until agar-agar and sugar dissolve.
  4. When the liquid is boiling, turn off the heat. Wait until bubbles disappear. Pour into orange molds and wait at least a couple of hours before slicing.
