  2. Take 1 tbsp meat tenderizer
  3. Make ready Half cup yoghurt
  4. Get 1.5 tbsp ginger garlic paste

  6. Take 2 tbsp red chillies
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp garam masala powder
  8. Get 1 tbsp chilli flakes

  10. Take 1 tsp haldi
  11. Prepare 1 small onion
  12. Make ready 2 tbsp coriander powder
  13. Take 1 cup oil/ ghee or butter
  14. Prepare 1 tbsp fresh black pepper grounded
Steps to make Fry Kabab:
  1. Marinate qeema with tenderizer, ginger garlic paste and yoghurt for half and hour.
  2. Now in a pan put all dry ingredients and roast dry masala till you get smell of besan and masala and it slightly changes the colour.
  3. Fry one small onion in ghee or oil once it get golden now add marinated qeema fry a little then add one cup of water and cook on dum with lid tightly covered for 30 mins.
  4. Be careful if water dries out you can add more water - After 30 mins check the consistency if it is fine then give coal sum.
  5. Serve with chapati or parathas.
