- Wash & boil pasta then set aside in cold water.raost peanuts & remove the cover using your kitchen towel rub with your hands then make a fine paste of it.
- Wash Peel & boil the carrots for five minutes then blend it to a paste with small chunks in it roughly grind it for three times like so.
- Once everything is ready just add olive oil in a wok then add the carrots blanched sauté for 3-5 minutes meanwhile add ginger garlic paste,salt,black pepper powder once done then add in the peanut powder & milk powder liquid mixed with water stirr two minutes add in the almond flour
- Then lastly add the boiled pasta give a good stirr & it’s ready. Pop it all in serving bowls & enjoy the hot pasta with tomato ketchup & cheese is optional I didn’t use..! The creamy delicious pasta blanched with carrots have a new twist to your dish..! Do try & share your experience guys.
Blanch the lightest vegetables first (ie, cauliflower) and the darkest last (ie, brocolli). Also, only blanch fibrous vegetables like carrots and string beans; watery veggies like peppers will just break down into mush. If you can't find the short, twisted "twin" pasta called gemelli, use penne instead. You can do this in a steamer or in boiling water. You can also skip this step, but your final product will lose the bright orange color of the carrots.
