  4. फिर 1कप पानी और दही कड़ाही में डाल लें आंच तेज रखें लगातार हिलाते रहें 2 मिनट तक (आंच तेज ही रखें ताकि दही फटे नहीं)
  5. फिर उसमें सेंके हुए ‌पापड तोड़ कर मिला लें और पापड़ को नरम होने तक पकाएं 2 से 3 मिनट तक
  6. गैस बंद कर दें और फिर उसमें हरा धनिया डाल दें
  7. रोटी ‌के‌ साथ परोसें
