The ingredients needed to make BLUEBERRY VANILLA YOGURT ICE POPS:-):
- Prepare 2 cup blueberries
- Get 3 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- Make ready 1 tbsp honey
Blend the blueberries, honey, and vanilla in a food processor or blender until chunky. (Do not blend smooth like a smoothie). Stir the blueberry mix into the Greek yogurt. For a swirl effect, do not blend completely. I just filled up ice cube trays instead with this mixture and that worked great.
Instructions to make BLUEBERRY VANILLA YOGURT ICE POPS:-):
- In a small bowl. Stir honey & blueberries together. Set aside.
- In a blender combine blueberries & 2 cups of the yogurt. Blend until smooth.
- Fill molds with 1&1/2 cups of yogurt. Layer blueberries mixture on top. Freeze for 24 hours.
Use this recipe to make blueberry ice pops. Instead of freezing the blueberry mixture in the popsicle molds, freeze it in Zipzicle Ice Pop Pouches or these Ice Pop Mold Bags. Fill each cup halfway with your blend. Vanilla, strawberry, honey, lemon etc. are all perfect. If using plain yogurt, try swirling a little maple syrup in to sweeten it.
