  6. Remove mixture in two bowls keep equal portion in the pot
  7. Now you have three equal portion of pudding mixture
  8. In the pot put grated chocolate and cocoa and boil till chocolate melted

  10. Let it cool a bit then freeze for ten seconds
  11. In one portion of mixture add vanilla essence and mix well

  14. Lastly add vanilla mixture and let it set well
  15. Beat whip cream with icing sugar, little vanilla essence, not must peaks formed but should be firm
  16. Pipe on the dessert bowls, sprinkle sweets and chocolate shavings and chill then serve
  17. NB: sugar depends how sweet you take, i did not use it
