  6. roll dough into ball. on flat surface flatten dough & press dough onto bottom & sides of each cup
  7. fill muffin cups with meat
  8. leave for 8 - 10 minutes or until biscuits are a golden brown
  9. place about spoonful & half of mashed potatoes on top of each meat cup & shape potatoes into ghost!
  10. use two black beans for each eye (be sure to dry them off before so ghost don't get black color)
