- Take 5 udad papad

- Prepare 1/2 cup water
- Get 1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander
Add ginger-garlic paste and stir till light brown. Papad Ki Sabzi is very cooked in almost every home of Rajasthan. There are days when you don't have vegetables in your house, then you can prepare Serve Papad ki Sabzi with Pindi Chole, Jowar Atta Roti and Lacha Pyaz for a special weekend lunch or dinner. Steps to make Dahi-papad ki subzi:
- Heat a tawa and roast all papad. Then keep it aside.
- Then take a kadhai and add ghee. Now add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, dry red chilli, curry leaves and asafoetida.
- Now add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder. Keep the flame slow.
- Then add curd and keep stirring for 2 minutes. After ghee seperates, add salt, Garam masala and jaggery. Mix it well.
- Add water to adjust consistency. Boil it for 2 minutes.
- Now cut all papad into small pieces with your hand. Transfer it into curry. Sprinkle chopped coriander and serve it.
- Dahi-papad ki subzi is ready. Enjoy it with roti or bajra rotla.
