- Prepare 1/2 kg Mutton
- Prepare 1 tsp Meat tenderizer

- Prepare 1/2 cup Moong daal

- Prepare 2 glass Water
- Prepare For Tarka
- Prepare 3 tbsp Oil
- Take 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- Get 2 Green chillies (chopped)
- Take 1 tsp Garlic paste
Steps to make Tikka Daal:
- Marinate mutton with meat tenderizer, lemon juice, tikka masala and ginger garlic paste for about 4 hours (minimum).
- Make tikka on grill or whatever you have. Set aside.
- In a pot add moong daal, masoor daal, salt,red chilli powder, turmeric powder and water.
- Make a boil and add mutton tikka in it.
- Cook until daal becomes tender.
- In a pan heat oil and add cumin seeds, garlic paste and green chillies. Fry until it gives nice fragrance.
- Pour into daal mixture and mix well. Sprinkle garam masala on it.
- Delicious tikka daal is ready. Enjoy with rice or roti.
