- Heat oil in a pan add 1/2 tsp onion Paste fry for while add boiled potatoes.Now add 1/2 tsp of all the masala except garam masala. Cook for while.When it looks dry switch of the flame.let it cool.

- Make batter with flour and water mix some salt and turmeric.Now dip the papad ball in batter and Fry the balls in oil.In same oil add 1 bay leaf,1 dry chilli,pinch of hing(asafoetida)pinch of fenugreek seed,fennel seed,add ginger onion paste.with continue stirring.when masala releases oil add 2 cup of water.When start boiling add stuffed fry papad ball.cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.Now add salt and garam masala,1 tsp ghee..Now it is ready to serve
