  4. Jab rice doodh ma mix ho jai to at least 2 hr low flame Pe kheer banaien ke milk ka color light brown ho jai par waqfa waqfa se spoon chalaate rahe war na neeche se kheer jaljai gee.
  5. Jab kheer thick hone lage to us ma jitni sugar app khaate ha utni daal De or pista badam bareek cut kar ke daal De.
  6. Or low flame Pe pakaen 30 min phir us ma kewra daal De ab dekhe kheer thick hogai to flame off karde app apne hisaab se thickness rakhle.
  7. Kheer KO pista badam se decorate karle.
  8. Mazedaar kheer tayyar…..
  9. Serve with sheermal.
