- For making kheer : Boil milk. When boiling point comes slow the flame and Add washed and rinsed rice. And let it simmer on low flame till it turn thick and rice gets mixed with milk.
- Add sugar and crumbled chhena and mix. Add magaj, almonds, pistachio, grinded cardamom, saffron and cashew nuts in it leaving some for garnishing.
- Mix it well and let it simmer on low flame for 5 minutes. Keep stirring in between to avoid burning. Add rose water.
- Serve it hot or cold garnished with almonds and cashew nuts.
