  18. Prepare 3 peepli
  19. Get 1/2 tbsp coriander seeds

Instructions to make Gola Kabab Masala:
  1. Dry roast all the ingredients for gola kabab spice mix. Grind and set aside.
  2. In a chopper add qeema, ginger garlic paste, fried onion, salt, green chillies, 1 tbsp of prepared gola kabab mix, meat tenderizer. Grind well until combined.
  3. Now grease hands with oil and make kababs with the mixture.
  4. Shallow fry the kababs and set aside.
  5. In a pot add oil, onion and fry until translucent. Add tomato and mix well. Cook for 5 minutes
  6. Now add yoghurt, paprika, red chilli powder, remaining gola kanab mix..add a little water and let the gravy cook well.
  7. Uncover and cook until oil separates. Add kababs. Sprinkle garam masala. Add a little water then place hot coal and drizzle some oil over it. Cover with lid until all the smoke is absorbed.
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with naan ā¤
