- In a sauce pan put your milk,sugar,double cream n stir before placing on a medium heat once it starts to bubble on the side remove from heat an pour in the bowl containing the chocolate so they can melt continue stirring for like 3mins n let it rest for about 10mins. Refrigerate in a airtight bowl for like 2hrs. Place your mixer paddles/whisk n the mixing bowl in the refrigerator too this will help when whisking as the cream won't take long to double n thicken.
- Divide your cake into 2 half's.(Note this cake is quite spongy so it might break a little so cut carefully) n top with cream n fruit's if u like (pineapple, strawberry, thorn melon,passion), then place the other half on top n cover with the remaining cream. U can also spare some for piping. Dust with chocolate chipping add some Strawberry's or cherries n refrigerate to firm up your cream.
