  1. Get 2 tbsp dry fenugreek seeds/ methi dana
  2. Take 2 big sized urad papads
  3. Take 1 tsp oil

  6. Take as needed Water
  7. Make ready 1 lemon size jaggery piece / gur
  8. Take 1/2 tsp coriander- cummin seeds powder (dhania jeera powder)

Steps to make Methi-Papad Nu Shaak:
  1. Soak fenugreek seeds in water for some time and with some soaked water boil it and keep aside.
  2. Break papads into pieces as shown.
  3. In kadhai heat oil, add turmeric powder and red chilli powder and saute for 30 secs then add boiled fenugreek seeds.
  4. Add 1/2 glass water, salt and jaggery to it and boil it.
  5. As it starts boiling add papad pieces, coriander - - cumin seeds powder and lemon juice and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Serve Delicious Methi-Papad Nu Shaak with Roti.
