- Using double boiler method add 1/2 cup chopped chocolate and 1/2 cup butter and let it melt until a smooth consistency.
- In a bowl sieve 1 cup of maida, 1/4 cup of cocoa powder, 3/4 cup powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp baking powder and mix them well using a hand whisk.
- Let the chocolate and butter mixture cool and then add the dry ingredients by parts in the chocolate-butter mixture so that there are no lumps formed. Using a spatula mix the wet and dry ingredients by cut and fold method.
- Now to the thick mixture add slowly 1/4 cup of milk and with the help of spatula mix it well. If there is a need to add 2 tbsp of milk more and fold it gently with the help of spatula.
- Preheat the oven or otg at 180°C for 10 minutes. Add the mixture to the baking tray which can any shape whichever is desired.
- After the preheating is done place the baking tray on the lower rack at 180°C for 32 minutes.
- After 32 mins check that the brownie is cooked completely. Let the cooked brownie cool for 30 mins and then unmould it and enjoy..
- Serve it with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce.
