  7. Align the straight edges together forming a corn. Squeeze the edges together to form a tight seal.
  8. Then put 1 tbsp of the filling inside each corn. Make the top edge clean then moisten the top edge with water to make another tight seal.
  9. Repeat this process for the remaining dough and filling.
  10. Start frying the samosa by heating oil in medium heat
  11. Then slowly start frying the samosa until golden brown, in each side
  12. Then place the samosa in paper towel to drain the excess fat.
