- I will tell you that my friends baking has a rule, it has a correct measurements (cups and spoons like 1 cup,1 tsp etc)that makes perfect cake, pastry and brownie and baking oven temperature.

- Now add chocolate chunks on the top and mix it clock wise(dont over beat the brownie otherwise it will not swallow)
- Preheat the oven at 180 c for 12 minutes than pour the brownie mixture in the middle rack and bake for 27 to 30 minutes.
- Keep eye on brownie than after 27 minutes check the brownie with skewers/ toothpick if the skewer is without mixture so it's done but if it has minutes than bake for 3 to 5 minutes more in oven, if it is ready than take out the brownie and let them cook diwn 5 to 10 minutes then flip out the butter paper like this way.
- Now cut the brownie according to yrs demand it's soo soft when it hot, after cutting let it cool for 20 minutes in fridge.
- In the meantime we have to make brownie sizzling sauce, now collect the ingredients set aside.
- Heat the pan add all the ingredients together and cook in low flame for 2 minutes and keep stirring when the consistency becomes thick like this.

- Heat the sizzling plate/ any round cake mould and brush with little bit oil / butter than add a half chocolate sauce than add brownie and then add vanilla ice cream scopes on the top drizzle hot chocolate sauce.
- I have round sizzling plate than i can cut the medium to small size brownie pieces.
