- Take 4 small sized papad
- Take 2 parboiled raw bananas
- Get 1/2 cup coarsely crushed papad

- Take 1 tbsp rice flour

- Mix maida, rice flour, salt, black pepper and pizza herbs together. Add water and make a batter. Make sure the batter is not very flowy. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in the kadai. Meanwhile cut the parboiled bananas lengthwise or in finger size.
- Dip the banana pieces in the batter and then roll them into the crushed papads. Repeat with all the banana pieces.
- Now start frying the ready pieces in the oil on low flame. Fry till the papad turns crispy brown colour.
- Finally for serving, arrange the semi fried papads in a row. Place the papad surprise on them. Serve with tomato sauce and coriander chutney in a syringe. Enjoy with jaljira shots.
