The ingredients needed to make Chura Papad:
  1. Take 3 urad dal masala papad
  2. Make ready 1 tsp oil
  3. Prepare Pinch salt
  4. Get Pinch roasted cumin seeds powder
  5. Take Pinch chat masala
  6. Get Red chilli powder (optional)
  7. Make ready Fresh few mint leaves for garnish
Instructions to make Chura Papad:
  1. Heat a tawa on medium flame.
  2. Meanwhile just with a drop of oil brush the papad on both the sides. Now roast this papad on the heated tawa.
  3. Cook evenly from the sides. You get semi fried Papad ready.
  4. One Papad is cut into small traingles and roasted the same way (for garnish).
  5. Take the 2 whole semi fried Papad in a plate or bowl and crush with the fingers.
  6. Add salt, roasted cumin seeds powder and chat masala as per taste. (Papad is already salted so be careful while adding salt).
  7. Mix well all the ingredients and transfer to a serving bowl.
  8. Garnish with semi fried Papad traingles and fresh mint leaves.
