  1. In a bowl add refined flour,curd,oil,kalonji,salt and instant yeast. Add little amount of water and make soft dough. Make sure that dough should not loose.Then cover the dough and leave it for 1 hour in a hot place.
  2. In a large bowl add all the vegetables,oregano,pizza massala,salt and cheese. Mix them well and keep it aside.
  3. After 1 hour you will see the dough will be doubled.
  4. Now make small balls from dough and roll it evenly to an oval shaped. Now slit(cut) it on upper side with knife.
  5. Fill vegetables in lower side as shown below. Roll it lightly with the help of your fingers and apply some water in the sides and gently press the sides. Prepare others in the same way and cover it with a cotton cloth for about 1/2 an hour.
  6. Apply ghee on baking tray and gently put all prepared cornish on tray. Preheat oven at 200°C for 10 minutes and then bake cornish for 15-20 minutes.
  7. When it's baked apply ghee on it and serve hot with ketchup.
