  19. Get Water to make paste
  20. Get Oil to fry
  21. Prepare For baghaar:
  22. Make ready 1/2 cup oil
  23. Take 10-12 Curry leaves
  24. Get 1 two white zeera
  25. Prepare 4-6 gol lal Mirch
  26. Take 2 garlic cloves sliced
  27. Take 1 small onion sliced
Steps to make Pakora Karhi:
  1. In a blender put dahi,onion,besan,red chilli powder,dhania powder,haldi,gg paste and 1/2 cup water,blend very well. In a pot pour this mixture.
  2. Add 1-1.5 litres water,stir and let this cook on slow flame. Let it cook until it reduces to almost half of it's thickness.
  3. For pakoras: make the batter and fry in oil.
  4. Put the fried pakoras in the curry,cook for sometime.
  5. In a pan put oil,add onions,button chillies,lehsan and curry leaves. Add zeera,Put baghar in curry and serve with rice.
