- bake the salted fish with little oil at 200C for 10 minute then set aside
- marinated soft pork rib or chicken for half hour
- in pan with little oil brown soft pork rib or chicken then add marinated sauce mix well cooked for 2 minute and off heat immediately
- cook rice in claypot or rice cooker half way thru when the water start to dry about 10 minute then put the cooked rib or chicken with sauce and cover continue cooking dont stir
- once rice is cook add light soy sauce and cook for another 1 minute serve hot
- serve rice top pork and salted fish and scallion
