Pachadi (Telugu: పచ్చడి, Kannada: ಪಚಡಿ Tamil: பச்சடி, Malayalam: പച്ചടി) refers to a traditional South Indian fresh pickle served as a side dish. Broadly translated, it refers to food which has been pounded.   1. Chop onion and capsicum finely. Add all the ingredients mentioned above. Add grated cheese.
  2. Keep the Coriander chutney ready. If you want to recipe I've posted earlier on cookpad. Although mentioning here. Take Coriander leaves, mint leaves, salt, garlic, cumin powder, peanuts, sugar n lemon juice. Blend them together finely. Chutney is ready.
  3. Add green chutney to the mixture N mix well.
  4. Spread green chutney over each bread slice. Apply the filling. Cover them with another bread slice.
  5. Now grill them on grill pan. Add some oil or butter on pan n grill from both sides. Cut from the middle to make a triangle. Serve hot.
