  3. Mix the cooked vegetables and put in a bowl to cool, when cool add in salt to taste and corriander.
  4. Roll each dinner rolls on a floured flat surface. It should be about 4 inch, and 1/4 inch thick. Scoop 2 tbsp of meat mixture and put at the centre of each circle.
  5. Brush around the outside walls with egg wash and fold over the dough to form half moon shapes.
  6. Press the edges together with a fork.
  7. Bake until golden brown for max 15 mins..
