- Roast the papad and break roughly.
- Take a chopper add tomatoes, chilli and ginger and chopped.
- Heat the oil in a pan add hing, mustard seeds, ajwain and jeera
- Add tomato pure and cook till releases the oil
- Add curd and stir well continuously till combines well.
- Add a glass of water and let it boil.
- When boil the water add papad kasuri methi and garam masala
- Cook at slow flame for 5 -10 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or jeera rice.
