- Get 2 cup left over rice
- Take 3-4 roasted papad
- Prepare 1 big size onion

- Firstly make the wheat flour dough a bit tight and keep aside.
- Take a mixing bowl put the left over rice add finely chopped onion green chillies coriander and all the other spices.
- Now crush the papad with your hand and add it to the rice mixture.
- Now mix it nicely with your hand.
- Now make small equals balls from the dough.
- Take 1 ball and roll it bigger than puri.
- Now put the rice filling in the centre and close it from all sides
- Now roll it again to a paratha size androast it on both the sides on medium flame.
- Serve hot with butter tossed over it. - Serve with curd and papad.
