Steps to make Dal Dhokli / Dal Tikki:
  1. Take a large mixing bowl add wheat flour, corn flour, Turmeric powder, Ajwain, salt, coriander leaves and oil mix it well. Add water and knead the soft dough. Now roll small - small ball and make petty, covered it and keep aside.
  2. Take a pressure cooker heat it up add ghee and splutter mustard seeds, Cumin seeds, Hing ginger, garlic and green chilli saute well. Add onion, tomato mix well for few minutes. Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red cilli powder, salt and water, Dhokli.
  3. At the last add Dal and mix well, covered with lid and take 4 whistle and turn off the flame. After 10 minutes open the pressure cooker add coriander leaves. Serve and enjoy Dal Dhokli.
