Instructions to make Savory Spinach & Mushroom Crapes:
  1. Take a blender, mixer, or food processor and add in two eggs, sugar, salt, milk, butter. Mix until well combined. Add in flour and mix again until well combined.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan (I add a bit of non-stick spray) add in a bit of crape mix into the center of the pan and swirl around until it thinly covers the bottom of the pan. Continue this method until mix is gone.
  3. As you are making the Crapes take a heated pan covered in non-stick spray and add in chopped gralic and Spinich on medium heat. Once Spinich strats to whither add in muchrooms,onions, and bell pepper. Put on low and let slowly cook until you are completely done with the Crapes.
  4. Take a finished crape and add in sauteed vegtables, cheese (optional), and sour cream mixture (optional). Top with more sourcream if desired. Enjoy!
