- Heat ghee in a heavy bottomed pan.Add chopped drynuts sauted nicely & transfer a plate.Than put gond fry nicely & transfer a plate.
- Mash.the.hond on your palm.Now on the same pan put semolina& aata,mix to combine.Cook the wheatflour-Semolina m8xture on a medium low flame.
- Cook for 6-8 mints.on a medium low flame At this pointStirring occasionally.At this point please do not leave the mixture unattended as haill burn.As the colour of the flour starts to darken add desecated coconut.Mix to combine Coconut adds a nutty flavour to the recipe.Add the chopped nuts gond & cadamompowde. Take the mixtureOff the flame. Mix jaggery &stir continuously until well in corporated.The mixture will come together like a ball of dough.
- Pour in 1tsp of milk & mix.Allow the mixture to cool.when comfortable enough to touch,take some mixture in your palm,make a tight round balls.Repeat the process with the rest of the mixture & form the pinni's.
