The ingredients needed to make Italian Gujiya:
  1. Get For d dough 2 cup flour,2 tbsp ghee,salt to tatse
  2. Take For Bechamel
  3. Prepare 1.5 glass milk,2 tbsp flour,salt
  4. Prepare red chilli flakes,oregano,black pepper powder
  5. Take boiled corn n chopped capsicum
  6. Take 2 cube grated cheese
Instructions to make Italian Gujiya:
  1. Bind a semi soft dough. Prepare Bechamel by mixing flour n milk first n thn adding it to the pan n stirring continously on low flame til it thickens little.
  2. Add remaining ingredients to the Bechamel and its ready.
  3. Note : Bechamel should b thick paste kind of. Refer pics for the folding technique. Once done,deep fry n serve with mint chutney.
