  1. Get 1 cup wheat flour
  2. Take 1 teaspoon tomato puree

Instructions to make Italian Paratha:
  1. First, add a pinch of oil to the flour, add tomato puree, schezwan sauce, oregano, chili flakes, salt to taste and water to make a dough-like ordinary paratha. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes. Then make small dough balls.
  2. Now make round paratha, cut it in two identical semicircular pieces. Then apply oil on one of the parts and seal both the edges to make a triangular shape. Thus prepare the triangular parathas and cook with oil on an iron skillet.
  3. Italian Parathas are ready!!! Serve it with tomato sauce, schezwan sauce and a dip of mayonnaise.
