  1. In a pan heat oil, add chopped garlic and mint leaves, then add chopped onion and fry for 2mins.

  3. Then add the washed poha, add salt, oregano, chilli flakes as per taste. Mix up well then add grated cheese on top, shimmer the flame, then cover and wait till the cheese melts.
