- place prepared tarts into a preheat oven at 200°C / 400°F for the first 15 minutes then turn the heat down to 180°C / 360°F to finish cooking , about 20/25 minutes or until just set .
- remove from heat and let cool , best after refrigeration to cool completely . serve and enjoy . :-)
