- Get 1/2 lb. unsalted butter (2 sticks)

- Make ready 10-12 oz. jar of jam
- Get 2/3 cup granola (without fruit) I use Bare Naked vanilla in the bag
Instructions to make Berry Crumble Bars:
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix softened butter, sugar and vanilla. Beat for 2 minutes. Sift flour and salt and add to mixture. Press 2/3 of dough on bottom of a 9 inch baking dish. I use a rectangle one, but you can use any shape. Spread jam on top, leaving 1/4 inch border around. Mix granola and the rest of the dough until it looks crumbled. Evenly distrubute this mixture on top of the jam. It is much easier to crumble it with your hands than with a spoon over the top. Bake for 45 minutes… Give or take 10 minutes depending on your oven Enjoy !!! :)
- You can use any kind of jam. My favorite is blackberry in this recipe, but the sky is the limit. Any kind will be fine :)
