- Get half kg Spinach
- Take 2 cups Cottage cheese cubes
- Get 1 tsp Cumin seeds

- Blanche spinach for 5 mins.. for blanche boil spinach for only 5 mins and strain it and quickly dip in chilled water for 2 mins and strain again.
- Now blend it with green chillies.
- Now fry cottage cheese until golden on medium low flame.. now keep it on kitchen towel to soak the extra oil.
- Now heat oil in a pot and add cumin seeds in it, now add chopped ginger garlic and sautΓ© it till golden..
- Now add spinach and green chilli paste along with salt and water for gravy if needed.
- When it'll start boiling add cottage cheese and stir with light hands.
- Now add lemon juice and cook for 5 mins on low flame.
- Now turn of the stove & add fresh Cream on it and mix well.
- Garnish it with cilantro and fresh cream and serve it with boiled rice or naan and with some crispy crackers πβπ§ π
