- In round Parat, add Flour, Moringa leaves, Sesame seeds, Coriander powder, Garam masala, Chilli, Salt. Now add Water as required to knead a dough. Add oil to dough. Knead dough and keep aside for 15 mins.
- Now take a ball of dough and using some dry flour roll the dough to slightly thick paratha.
- Heat the nonstick tawa to medium heat. Add paratha on tawa. Roast it both side, add some ghee to paratha. Once both side are well cooked, remove from tawa.
