- Now turn off the flame and serve it
Method for preparing this Indian vegetable methi aalu recipe is: Chop down potato, green chilies, ginger and onion. Remove the leaves of fenugreek from the stems. Wash off all methi and potatoes with water. Take a pan and add ghee/oil in it. In this methi bhaji or methi ki sabji I have used slightly large leaves which is a better option to make this sabzi.
