  19. Take 2 tbsp tomato puree
Instructions to make Tex Mex Bowl:
  1. Step 1-In a hot pan add mustard oil,1tspred chilli powder,salt and 1/4tsp turmeric powder and sauté it for a minute.
  2. Add paneer cubes and sauté for few mins and transfer to a bowl and keep aside.
  3. Step 2-In the same pan heat 2tsp oil and add all the veggies,salt and black pepper powder and sauté it for few time.
  4. Transfer to a bowl and keep aside.
  5. Step 3-In the same pan heat 2tsp cooking oil
  6. Add tomato purée red chilli powder, salt,dry mango powder,black salt,garam masala &mix well
  7. Then add boiled rajma and little water.
  8. Cook and keep aside
  9. In a pan add ghee cooked rice,turmeric powder,red chilli powder salt,black salt and mix well
  10. Final Step-In a bowl arrange small portion of all the items..garnish with coriander leaves and serve
  11. Or…place rice at the bottom then spread rajma then sauté veggies and paneer cubes and serve.
