- Now divide the dough in small parts. Take one part roll it with the help of rolling pin now on the rolled part add some ghee now stuffed it with mashed potatoes.and again roll it with rolling pin
- Now heat the pan add some ghee and place a Partha on pan now cook it for both side untill it cook properly
- Now your yummy potato e Partha is ready to serve..You can serve it with curd or anything else you like😍😋
