- Take 1 apple

- Then spread apricots, grapes,mint leaves and lemon slices.
- Put grated ginger and cinnamon sticks.
- Fill the tumbler with fresh water.
- Keep it overnight.
- In the morning take out water from the tumbler.Sip it first at leisure.
- Avoid eating anything for one hour.
- If desired, can fill the tumbler again with the same content. and dew can be drunk for one more day.
- After that content can be discarded.
