- Melt the butter. Don't over heat ..
- Dip the dough piceses in the melted butter .. And let it rest for 20 minutes.
- Roll up the pieces longitudinally.. Spread with butter and close like a book … Repeat it with all the dough.
- Let it rest for another 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Now the dough is ready .. Take every piece (it should look like a book ), stretch it as long as you can, spread butter on it and roll it over (like cinnamon bread).
- When you finish all the dough, start taking your rolls press them vertically to get them to be flat like a dish.
- Add the stuffing over each one and lay them in a well greased tray.
- Bake them for 10-15 minutes or till they get golden and crispy ..
- Serve warm with jogurt or green salad.
